January Adventures

We had a wonderful time in Arizona in January.  We spent the month in Apache Junction at Lost Dutchman State Park and in Oro Valley at Catalina State Park.  We saw many of our friends while we were in both places and spent time with Lois, Steve's stepmom.  We never run out of things to do.  We hike A LOT, but also find time to ride our mountain bikes, play a little pickleball and we even played a little bocce ball.  Our neighbors in BV are staying in Gold Canyon this Winter, so we even spent time there, checking out Canyon Vista RV Resort.  I will share some photos of the month. 

We are now back in Buena Vista until February 13th, when we will head back to Arizona.  We had to come home to celebrate granddaughter, Louisa's 1st birthday and spend time with the other grandkids, too. 

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Steve and I have been back home in Buena Vista since November 24th.  We have had a very busy month celebrating Thanksgiving, visiting family and friends at home and in the Denver area.  We have enjoyed being at home and going to yoga at Peak Fitness and water yoga at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs.  We have had enough snow in the last month that we have been able to use our new cross country skis three times.  We plan to go skiing again tomorrow and on Christmas day.  We have seen all the adult kids and our five grandchildren.  We have made several trips back and forth to Westminster and Frederick, where our kids live.  We will be heading over to see all of the kids and grandkids, December 26th until December 30th.  We will be home until January 2nd when we head back to Arizona to our other "home", our Arctic Fox trailer.
