Traveling West to Utah and South to Arizona in the Arctic Fox for Six Weeks

I am going to try AGAIN to post to the Blog.  Tonight as we both sit in the trailer on our laptops, I realized, again, that it is hard to write the blog and post photos to the blog.  Maybe, that is why I post to Facebook, which is much easier.  The only problem with that is the friends we have who are not on Facebook or don't have an Instagram account don't see my posts.  I am NOT very good at sending photos by email or text.  So.....  I will try this again.

Steve & I left our home in BV yesterday.  We don't usually leave this early, but decided when we saw the crazy weather coming to Colorado, that we needed to leave before the storm arrived.  We will be curious to see if we really do get the storm that they are predicting.  We headed to Loma, Colorado and stayed at Highline Lake State Park.  We arrived early enough to get the trailer all set up and then walked around the lake and watched an incredible sunset.  We had never been to this state park and will definitely go back.  This morning we got up early and headed to Kanab, Utah.  We are staying at Crazy Horse RV Park.  We rarely stay in RV parks, but thought it might be a good idea to stay here tonight so that we can take nice warm showers, be plugged in and have Wifi.

Tomorrow we head to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.  The last time we were there (we think) was 6 or 7 years ago.  At that time, there was NO cell phone service at all.  We are preparing for that to be the case, again.  If the phones work there, we will be happy and surprised.

Meanwhile, our drive here today was amazing.  We forget how much we love Utah and Arizona!  We are looking forward to spending the next 5-6 weeks in Arizona.  I am going to try and post some more photos.  Wish me luck with this "Blogger" thing.  😏😏
